We process personal data only when you send it to us yourself. Today that is the only case: the newsletter. This site uses no tracking or advertising tools.

What data we process
For the newsletter we store your e-mail address, the date and time of your consent, the version of the consent text, the site language and the subscription status (unconfirmed, confirmed, unsubscribed). We do not store your IP address in the subscriber record.
What we use it for and why we may
We use the data for one purpose only: to tell you when Xenyra launches and to offer early access. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You confirm it twice: by ticking the box and by clicking the link in the e-mail.
How long we keep it
An unconfirmed address is deleted automatically after 48 hours. A confirmed address is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. After unsubscribing, the address stays only on a suppression list so that we never write to you again (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you want that record deleted too, write to us.
Protection against form abuse
When a form is submitted, a counter of attempts tied to a fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself) is kept for two hours at most. It only protects against mass abuse and deletes itself afterwards.
Who we entrust the data to
Amazon Web Services processes the data on our behalf (data centre in Frankfurt, EU): data storage and sending e-mails. We do not sell the data and do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in an e-mail or by writing to info@xenyra.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Cookies and technical data
This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies; your browser only remembers the chosen language. When the page is delivered, technical connection data (such as the IP address) is necessarily processed on the network; the site could not work without it.
